T.P.T. has splitted from its joint business

Hong Kong - 23 Mar 2009: Due to diverse, inconsistent with business objectives, the management was exploring the idea of splitting the joint business into 2 entities. On March 23, we announced to split the business to Team Phoenix Technology Limited and Origin Solutions Limited.
Team Phoenix Technology Limited will continue to operate at the current office and retain the telephone system at its daily operations. Team Phoenix Technology Limited and Origin Solutions Limited are 2 independent companies with more flexibility in operations after splitting.
As we have undergone changes in operations and ownership recently, we apologize for any inconvenience cause to customers.
